This course includes the fundamentals such as set up and safety, using the Pilates Reformer for a wide variety of supine, seated and standing exercises for beginners and intermediate students. Also learn to improve lower body alignment, create balanced muscle development and the protocol for effectively training the upper body.

- Prerequisites for this course:
- Attended at least 20 Reformer classes
- 1 year Pilates experience recommended
- Movement Principles course
- Course material is included
- Anatomy in 3 Dimensions required before test out
- Students will be notified about 1–2 weeks in advance if the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
- Kindly ensure that you are able to attend all days and be punctual for all classes. In the event of missed hours, students are required to arrange a mentoring session with the Master Instructor. The need for a make-up session will be determined based on the content missed. Additional fees will apply for these mentoring sessions.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled dates you have committed to, a deferment fee will apply:
- More than 7 days before course date – $50
- Less than 7 days before course date – 50% of the course fee
- The course fee mentioned does not cover self-practice, mentoring fees and examination fees.

The course duration may be extended by 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the number of participants, to maximise the learning experience.
